We are honest about what
is, how it works, and what it cannot do. We tell learners clearly that they are interacting with an AI, not a human teacher. We acknowledge the limitations of AI-generated responses, actively encourage learners to verify information, and prominently disclaim that our responses are not a substitute for their textbooks, their teachers, or their own critical thinking.
3. ACCURACY AND CURRICULUM ALIGNMENT
We design and continuously test
against the ZIMSEC national curriculum. We monitor AI outputs for factual errors, curriculum misalignments, and misleading explanations. Where errors are identified — by learners, teachers, or our own review processes — we correct them promptly. We will never prioritise speed of response over accuracy.
4. FAIRNESS AND NON-DISCRIMINATION
We are committed to ensuring that
provides consistent, high-quality support to all learners regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, geographic location, or socioeconomic background. We test our AI systems for bias and take corrective action where disparities are identified. We aspire to narrow, not entrench, the educational inequalities that exist in Zimbabwe.
5. HUMAN OVERSIGHT
AI makes the starting point; humans make the judgment.
is designed as a complement to — not a replacement for — teachers, parents, and the learner’s own reasoning. Significant decisions about a learner’s academic progress, school placement, or educational trajectory are never made solely on the basis of AI outputs. Human educators and parents remain in control.
6. PRIVACY AND DATA MINIMISATION
We collect only the personal data we genuinely need to operate the Platform and measure its educational impact. We never sell learner data, use it for advertising, or share it with parties outside our Privacy Policy. We apply heightened protections for the data of children under 18, in line with Zimbabwe’s Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07] and SI 2024-155.
7. SAFETY BY DESIGN
is built with content safety as a foundational requirement, not an afterthought. Our AI systems are configured to refuse to generate harmful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise age-inappropriate content. We review safety controls regularly, act promptly on reported concerns, and iterate our safeguards as our technology and user base evolve.
8. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY
We are unequivocally opposed to academic dishonesty.
is designed to help learners understand material, not to produce work they can pass off as their own. We actively communicate the distinction between using AI to learn and misusing AI to cheat, through our Student Acceptable Use Policy and by design choices in the Platform itself. We support, and will cooperate with, schools and ZIMSEC in upholding the integrity of the national examination system.
9. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
We are a young company and
is an evolving product. We commit to regularly reviewing and updating our responsible AI practices as our technology, user base, and understanding of AI risks develop. We welcome feedback from learners, parents, teachers, and schools on how we can do better.
10. ACCOUNTABILITY
Arson Pixelz takes full responsibility for the way
behaves. We are the data controller under Zimbabwean law and the accountable entity for all AI outputs generated by our Platform. If
causes harm — whether through a factual error, a biased response, a data breach, or any other failure — we will be transparent about it, take corrective action, and communicate openly with affected users and, where required, with POTRAZ and other relevant authorities.
